Greetings,
For those of you who have not been involved with the Development Squad programme before, it is a series of workshops run during the competition season designed to assist in preparing athletes for indoor climbing competitions.
This year, as in '07 and '08, Kirsty and I will run three workshops covering everything from onsight practice to nutrition to yoga and all else in between. Entry for the events is $20/day (excluding gym entry) and those attending three workshops will recieve a Development Squad top.

 
All three workshops will be held at The Roxx Climbing Centre.
 
Workshop One
Sat,Sun 1st & 2nd August, 10am - 4pm
Focusing on:
Onsight Format Practice
Flash Format Practice
Advanced Route Reading
Pre-Comp Planning
and more.
 
Workshops Two and Three will be held before the National Champs and the Oceania Champs, dates yet to be announced.
Anyone who has been or is intending on competing in the National Series, The National Champs, or the Oceania Champs is encouraged to attend. Please feel free to forward this message onto anyone who you think may be interested.
