2010 WYC Trial
A selection trial for the 2010 WYC Team is being held at YMCA, Christchurch following the CNZ National Cup Round 1. Please fill in the attached details to be considered for the 2010 WYC team. Selections will follow the 2010 WYC Selection policy, and by indicating you wish to be selected you acknowledge that you agree to abide by the selection document.
To qualify to trial for the New Zealand Youth Team, you must have met the following criteria:
- Placed in the top 3 in your category at the 2009 Oceania Champs if there were 12 or more competitors - OR -
- Placed in the top 2 in your category at the 2009 Oceania Chmaps if there were less than 12 competitors. - OR -
- If your combined placing over all competition rounds at National Cup 1 (excluding superfinal rounds) places you in the top 3 if there are 12 or more competitors - OR -
- If your combined placing over all competition rounds at National Cup 1 (excluding superfinal rounds) places you in the top 2 if there are less than 12 competitors.

You must register your interest in attending the trial before 1st April even if you have NOT YET qualified.
Cost to attend the trail is $30.00. This will cover the gym entry, routesetting and other costs. Those that have pre-qualified based on Oceania results can pay when registering. Climbers who qualify at the CNZ National Cup round 1 will be expected to pay on the day.
